You may click on “book online”, found on the top right of our home page. Check the dates you wish to book and see the accommodation types available.

If you choose the non-refundable rate, you are taking advantage of a 10% discount. In this case you pay the total price along with the booking and there is no refund in case of cancellation. If you choose the best flexible rate, you pay 30% in advance along with the the booking and the balance is due upon your arrival. In this case, should you wish to cancel 30 days prior your arrival, you will be totally refunded.

Should you inform us within the next 24 hours, you may cancel your booking for free and be refunded (in case we have already proceeded with charges).

In this case, if you have chosen the non-refundable price, you may modify your booking to any other date. If this is not possible you will be refunded but sometimes, depending on a number of factors, this cannot happen immediately after your cancellation. The price includes the rent for accommodation, electrical power and water that may be consumed, Wi Fi, daily cleaning services for the premises and change of linen every second day, bath amenities, as well as bath and pool towels. We also offer a complimentary welcome basket. Beach towels are not provided.

You may alternatively book two Suites or two Cave Suites which can be interconnected and, in this case, you get a 10% discount. Before you book, please consult our reservations department to make sure there is availability for the two interconnected suites.

Yes. Baby safety gates are also provides if needed. Please make sure you have informed our Front Desk team about your specific needs.

There are two Front Desk offices: One at the Emerald Suites complex and one at the Emerald Classic and Emerald Superior Villas complex. A few days prior your arrival, our Front Desk team will send you an informative e-mail with all the check-in procedures (e.g. directions to Emerald Villas & Suites, check-in time etc.). We will also be asking for all the necessary information, such as arrival time. Upon arrival, one of our Front Desk team members will take you to your accommodation, provide you with the keys and inform you with anything you need to know regarding your stay.

The Front Desk Office found at the Emerald Suites complex operates from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. whereas the Front Desk Office at the Emerald Classic & Superior Villas complex operates from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. In case you need our help, you are provided with our mobile phone numbers on which you may call 24h a day.

Shuttle service is not included in the price. Our concierge department may of course help you arrange either shuttle service or renting a car (which is highly recommended due to poor public transportation). Our Front Desk team may also arrange a taxi pick-up.

Since there is no restaurant on site, prices do not include breakfast or other meals, but all Emerald accommodation types have a fully equipped kitchen in which you can prepare your meals. Alternatively, and on request, it is possible to provide you with the services of a personal chef and cook who will satisfy your every culinary wish (please check the concierge services). In addition, there are restaurants that deliver all kinds of meals and beverages to your accommodation, as well as mini markets that may deliver your shopping.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We used to allow pets in the accommodation, but it was difficult to follow all the necessary hygiene rules. Thank you for your understanding.

We may of course help you arrange a birthday party, or any kind of special event you wish to organize, followed by a small decoration (such as fireworks). You can also have a cake or a wine (for more information contact our Front Desk team). Furthermore, if you wish to organize a large party, in your accommodation or in a yacht, our concierge department will help you with any kind of rental arrangements, fulfilling every possible request.

Yes. We have two rooms designed in such a way that a wheelchair can move around in all spaces (plus an easy access to the shower). Such room types are the Emerald Suite and the Emerald Cave Suite. Please check availability in the reservations department before booking, since there is only one Suite of each type serving this purpose.

Standard Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Nevertheless, if you arrive earlier than 2.00 p.m. or wish to check out later than 11.00 a.m., please ask our Front Desk team whether this is possible. We will do our best to help you, depending on availability and other customers’ arrival and departure time.

All Emerald accommodation types have their own private sea water pool. Swimming pools are fully private, with no one overlooking.

Unfortunately, the swimming pools are not heated but in Greece you may swim from Spring to Fall with no worries, due to high temperatures. Temperatures vary from 20oC to 30oC during Spring and Fall, and from 30oC to 42oC during Summer.
